Welcome to Addy Steele Photography! By using our website or booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payments

Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your session.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please notify us 48 hours in advance to reschedule (subject to availability). Deposits may be applied to future sessions within 6 months of the original booking. Less than 48 hours’ notice results in forfeiture of the deposit. Late Payments: A 10% late fee will be applied for each week the payment is overdue.

Session Details

Timeliness: Sessions may be shortened or rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Session Duration: Additional charges may apply if the session exceeds the booked time frame.

Props and Outfits: Clients are responsible for bringing their own props and outfits for the session.

Image Delivery and Copyright

Image Delivery: High-resolution images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks via a private online gallery. - Copyright: Addy Steele Photography retains full copyright to all images. Client Usage: Images are for personal use only (e.g., printing, social media). When sharing, credit Addy Steele Photography. Commercial use requires prior permission.

Model Release

By booking a session, you grant Addy Steele Photography the right to use the images for promotional purposes (website galleries, social media, marketing). If you do not want your images used this way, notify us in writing prior to the session.

Liability

Personal Injury: Addy Steele Photography is not liable for any injuries during the session, whether in-studio or on location.

Equipment Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to photography equipment caused by negligence.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

In the case of bad weather or other unforeseen events (illness, emergency), Addy Steele Photography reserves the right to reschedule the session without additional costs.

Personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill your booking.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alabama. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Alabama courts.
